Ellington Felton, Unspoken Heard, Head-Roc, Deborah Bond, Miscellaneous Flux, Federico Gonzalez Pena, Fertile Ground (big up B-More), Dimentional Control, Avalanche Sound System, T.Kolai, GKAM, Tamara Wellons...and that's just the "urban" stuff, y'all ain't ready. My TV has knobs, wood paneling and rabbit ears Books: Trying to get a handle on the Israel/Palestine beef I picked up Karen Armstrong's A History of God, which breaks down the origins of the main monotheistic religions. That was cool, but then I re-read all the Tolkien joints, including The Hobbit. I felt much better. Currently reading Michael Lerner's The Politics of Meaning. Movies: George Lucas is wack, Episode II is wack (but funny!), it's all about LOTR (see above). I don't really check for movies much though. I'll catch an indie flick every now and then.
