IMO if we're going to do the twice a year....I think the spring awards should be the equivalent of The Source awards....and the fall awards she be the Grammy's

But I think that there should be a "Tough Titties" award...this award should go to the person that sticks to their guns no matter what and stands up for themselves no matter who throws shit their way. I have a couple of nominations but these two are off the top of my head:
