Might be the illest, but then how would Blue Cheese feel about being #2?? Ah well. He hasn’t called me in a long time, so fu*k ‘im! MARLON B IS #1 on Herbert’s “Ill Chart” right now. He has every hip-hop record ever made, he lives, breathes, eats and sh*ts music, and the only reason you don’t know about him is because you don’t have to! He’s got so much work, so much money, so much love for the game. Did you know he spent the entire day the other day helping us put finishing touches on the Freedom CD?

On one of our breaks from Pro Tools hell, we were, you know, a little twisted, and we got to watching TV without the sound on, while listening to some MP3s, and I started noticing some really WEIRD stuff on the Tyra Banks show. It was a REAL awkward scene where there was this crazy-looking girl, and Tyra took her by the hand and led her over to this … makeshift garden with a little white-picket fence around it and … here’s the crazy part … it was full of gnomes! Freakin gnomes! It was the weirdest sh*t in the world. Maybe because the sound was off, or maybe because I was high, but it felt like somebody’s really absurd dream or something. Anyways, after flipping on the sound, it turns out that this girl has a fear of gnomes!! A “gnomophobe.” WHAT IN THE WORLD?

I felt really bad for next girl who was scared of clowns. You should have seen her face when Tyra brought all these clowns jumping all over the place, riding in on a unicycle, blowing balloons, acting crazy. This girl started freaking out. I think she mistakenly smacked this other dude in the face who was also afraid of clowns.

Speaking of which, here’s a guy you’d definitely want to smack. You know how NYC has those “Coastal Evacuation Route” signs? Well, they need to put up some “Passover Evacuation Route” signs, too. The traffic yesterday was OUT-OF-CONTROL! Every Jew in NYC fled the city like a great tidal wave was rollin into the coast. This great … “Jewnami” (oh God I need to get a book deal I’m so clever) had me tied up on 7th Avenue for 1 WHOLE HOUR, and all I had to go was 7 STINKING BLOCKS!!! NYC sucks. Bloomberg REALLY SUCKS. BUT … I tell ya, there ain’t nothing like the Garden State Parkway. One of the best roads in the entire US of A. Smooth, lawful, just, never an accident. Which is surprising, because they have Styx and Foreignor billboards at the PNC Bank Arts Center and fu*king Def Leppard and Journey billboards for the Borgata.

I wonder how many skeeters are gonna be at those shows? REV UP YOUR I-ROCS!
